Heel Pads - Road New

The all new Bont Cycling Heel Pad set is now available.

Features:

  • Corrosion Resistant Bolt
  • Lasting Durability

The Heel Pad set for Bont Cycling road shoes is compatible with the new Vaypor BOA, Vaypor Lace, Helix, Vaypor S, Vaypor+, Zero+, Riot 24, Riot+ Road, Riot buckle and Motion models.

Each set includes the following items:

  • Road Heel Pads for base of shoe (2 pieces).
  • Road Heel Pad stainless steel bolt for base of shoe (2 pieces).

Note: The heel pad t-nut can be accessed and replaced on the Vaypor 2023, SL, Lace or Riot Series shoes by making a small cut into the liner of the shoe, under the innersole.

Maintenance tips

Use a small amount of acetone or nail polish remover to dissolve any glue from the base of the shoe. Try, as best as possible, to apply the acetone right where it is needed. If necessary, pry the heel pads off the sole slightly to apply the acetone onto the underside.

Each kit contains two heel pads and can be installed on the models above using Loctite 401 or equivalent plus the included bolt.
