Bont Cycling offers a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unused products in their original packaging to ensure you find the perfect fit for your performance needs. Please note that items showing signs of cleat installation or road use cannot be accepted for a refund.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories, within 30 days of the delivery date.

Submit Return Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your cycling gear in a shipping box—do not use the shoe box as the outer mailer—and attach the provided shipping label or your preferred tracked service label.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
